Hazard Notification, Dissemination and Awareness (HaNDA) is an ICT-enabled Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) system used in the dissemination disaster-related updates, gathering field reports during occurrence of disasters, monitoring of data from ASTI-developed hydromet sensors and warning/alarming of LGUs. HaNDA also stores CALABARZON Region hazard maps, vulnerability ratings and DRRM-related information.
